Everyone knows who Billy Mays was...he was the OxiClean guy! I thought he was the coolest pitchman out there. I bought quite a few products that he promoted, and they did work really well. It is sad to hear that one of informercials' biggest pitchman is gone...may he rest in peace!
What a shocker! Who would have thought that the "King of Pop" Michael Jackson would have died so young! I remember listening to his music when I was younger, and up until now I still listen to his songs occasionally. My heart goes out to his family. He was brought to the hospital and when paramedics arrived, he didn't have a pulse, and unfortunately he was unable to be revived. He died of a cardiac arrest and was only 50 years old, just shy of his 51st birthday which was to be on August 29. This definitely is a day to remember. Michael Jackson...may you Rest In Peace!
Ready for the next great game! Bioshock 2 is set approximately 10 years after the events of the original BioShock. In this one the halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Along the Atlantic coastline, a monster has been snatching little girls and bringing them back to the undersea city of Rapture. You are the very first Big Daddy as you travel through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival. Sounds good huh??!! I can't wait to get my hands on this one. It's coming out on November 4.
Ready for a new game in the "Halo" saga? Well here it it...Halo ODST. This game lets people experience events leading up to the epic story told in "Halo 3" through the eyes of an ODST (which means, Orbital Drop Shock Trooper), as they search for clues leading to the whereabouts of their scattered squad and the motivations behind the Covenant's invasion of New Mombasa. This game is set to release on September 23, 2009.
